To connect to the service: 1. Open the Telegram bot @Millyload_bot 2. Select a subscription plan 3. Complete payment 4. Receive your configuration file 5. Install the app for your device and import the configuration The entire process takes no more than 2 minutes.

Which devices are supported?

The service uses the Happ app, available on all platforms: • iOS — App Store (Global and Rus versions) • Android — Google Play or APK • Windows — x64 • macOS — App Store or dmg • Linux — deb, rpm, pkg • Android TV and Apple TV Upon subscription activation, the bot will provide a link to import the configuration into Happ.

Where are the servers located?

Servers are located in Frankfurt, Germany. This ensures a stable connection and high speed for users from Russia and CIS countries.

What protocol is used?

The service runs on the VLESS protocol — a modern encryption protocol that provides high data transfer speeds and reliable internet traffic protection.

Is there a traffic limit?

No. All subscription plans include unlimited traffic with no restrictions on data volume or connection speed.

How many devices can I connect?

One subscription is intended for use on a single device. If you need to connect multiple devices, please purchase a separate subscription for each.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, new users receive a free 3-day trial period. To activate it, simply open the bot and press the "Get Trial" button. The trial is provided once per user.

What payment methods are available?

Currently available payment methods: • Russian bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, MIR) • SBP (Faster Payments System) More payment methods will be added in the future.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are available within 24 hours of payment if the configuration has not been downloaded or used. To request a refund, contact support. In all other cases, no refund is provided as the service is considered rendered upon configuration delivery.

What if the service doesn't work?

If you experience connection issues: 1. Check your internet connection stability 2. Make sure your subscription hasn't expired 3. Try refreshing the configuration in the bot 4. Contact support We respond within 1 hour during business hours.

Do you store connection logs?

No. We do not store connection logs, browsing history, or the content of your internet traffic. Your privacy is our priority.

How to renew my subscription?

To renew your subscription, open the Telegram bot @Millyload_bot, go to the "Subscription" section, and purchase a new plan. The new period will be added to your current subscription.
