These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") constitute a public offer and define the terms under which MillyVPN (the "Service") provides secure internet connection (VPN) services.
By using the Service, you confirm your acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.
1.1. The following terms are used in this Agreement:
2.1. The Operator agrees to provide the User with access to secure internet connection servers located in Frankfurt, Germany, and the User agrees to pay for the services as defined in this Agreement.
2.2. Services are provided using the VLESS protocol, which ensures encryption of internet traffic.
2.3. This Agreement takes effect from the moment of Subscription purchase and remains valid for the paid period.
3.1. Service costs are determined by the selected plan:
3.2. All prices are in Russian Rubles. Payment is made as 100% prepayment.
3.3. The Operator may change prices. Changes do not affect already paid periods.
3.4. Discounts are available for longer subscription periods.
4.1. To purchase a Subscription, the User must:
4.2. After payment, the User receives a configuration file in the Telegram bot.
4.3. Access is provided for the selected period from the moment of activation.
4.4. The Operator may suspend services in case of:
4.5. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted service but makes all reasonable efforts to ensure stable connection.
5.1. The Service provides a free trial period of 3 (three) days for familiarization with the services.
5.2. The trial period is provided once per Telegram user.
5.3. After the trial period ends, access to the Service is suspended until a paid Subscription is purchased.
6.1. Refunds are available within 24 (twenty-four) hours after payment if:
6.2. In all other cases, no refund is provided as the service is considered rendered upon configuration delivery.
6.3. In case of technical issues on the Operator's side that prevent Service use, the Subscription period may be extended for the duration of unavailability.

8.3. The User bears full responsibility for their actions while using the Service and for compliance with applicable laws.
9.1. The Operator does not store connection logs, browsing history, or the content of Users' internet traffic.
9.2. User personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at millyvpn.ru/en/privacy.
9.3. The Operator does not share personal data with third parties, except as required by law or necessary for payment processing.
10.1. All Service materials, including texts, images, software, and design, are the intellectual property of the Operator.
10.2. Copying, distributing, or using Service materials without written permission from the Operator is prohibited.
11.1. This Agreement is valid for the duration of the paid Subscription period.
11.2. The User may decline renewal at any time by not activating auto-renewal.
11.3. The Operator may unilaterally terminate this Agreement if the User violates its terms.
12.1. The Operator may amend this Agreement. The new version takes effect upon publication on the Website.
12.2. Continued use of the Service after amendments means the User's acceptance of the new version.
13.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation.
13.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the court at the Operator's location.
